Bassefied Basset Hound litters

We will only have puppies available in 2025.
We will mate Bisquit with Tommy (Evert VH Helse Paradijs (imp NL)) when she is next in season towards November 2024. We might also mate Katinka with Tommy in December 2024.
If you want to be added to a waiting list you have to complete a puppy application questionnaire. Please contact us for the questionnaire. Please note that we use this questionnaire to place pups with new families, matching their personalities to your household, family dynamics and home. You cannot choose a puppy based on markings or colour, this is very unfair to the puppy and to you, if the pup's temperament does not suite your family.
We charge R23500 for a puppy. The price includes 4 and 6 week injections, regular deworming, vet check and booklet, microchip and KUSA registration with breeding restrictions. All pups, who are not inherited clear, will also be tested for Lafora.
We sign a purchase agreement with new owners in which you undertake to have the pup spayed/neutered and to send her/him back to us if for any reason in future you cannot care for her/him and to not surrender to a rescue or shelter.
Our dogs are also tested for Lafora (late onset epilepsy) and we’re the only breeders in South Africa who have done these tests.
Puppies can be transported all over South Africa and international export is possible. We have pups in Namibia, Zimbabwe, Mexico, Holland and Switzerland.
You are also most welcome to come and meet us and our pack.
